Writing is another facet of how I love to express creativity.

I have been writing for many years as a tool to help me tap into my intuition and explore my subconscious mind.

Writing has helped me to trust my inner guidance and strengthens the connection to my Higher Self. This is where creativity, inspiration, and ideas flow.

Camellia

Posted on April 21, 2021 at 12:10 AM

After a long bare winter, up pops camellia with a splash of colour for the garden. She ushers in the energy of Spring and reminds me of the perfection of all of Earth's cycles.

Camellia seed pods are shaped just like a triquetra! The triple goddess symbol. A reminder of the sacred feminine in nature.

The first thing that springs to mind when I see a camellia flower is her stunning geometry. Her form is just perfectly symmetrical and symbolic of the perfection of all things.

I read that in the East camellia is like the Wests equivalent to the rose.

Camellia is abundant and shares all of her resources. She is full of pollen sweetness for the Bees and the local bunnies find her petals a seasonal delicacy.

When her flowers have fallen from their place in this world, you can pick them up and place them into a bowl of water. You will see how they will happily float and communicate with the water they sit in.

Camellia tea has been used to treat various diseases and her oil can soak deep into the lower layers of your skin and help it to feel much softer and smoother than before. These are just a few reasons for me to gather her petals and dry them out.

One way to connect with her energy is to place her fresh blossoms in a vessel of water and set your intentions to invite her magic to align you with the abundance of nature.
