Can you feel that?

Are you feeling the need to turn inwards?

Are you feeling called to spend more time in solitude?

Are you feeling the body speaking to you?

Are you listening to your feelings?

We ARE nature. We are connected to the cycles and rhythms of this Universe. As above, so below. The stars are guiding us.

If you are in the Northern Hemisphere you are experiencing the cycle of Winter which is a time to go within and rest.

Many are fooled by Winter's baron landscape. Many do not have the eyes to see the array of life beneath the soil. I promise you, it's there! It’s SO alive and much is happening beneath the surface.

This can be us too! Many of us seek solitude, seek rest and rejuvenation, seek time for reflection and shadow work. It may seem from the outside that not much is going on, yet internally your whole world can change during these months, only to be manifested in the Spring.

When we turn inward we begin to awaken with nature and just like the life beneath the soil, we wish to clear the way and that means letting go of what is comfortable in order for us to grow more fully into ourselves.

Create an inner cave for yourself during the Winter months and use this space wisely. Fill this space with ONLY things that feed your soul.

Cultivate what is important to you.

When each of us awakens and sees that we are Divine at the core of our Being the veil begins to drop and we start to recognize the deep underlying Oneness that infuses all living Beings on earth.

I AM you and you are ME.

What you feel, we all feel.

What you do for you, you do for every single Being on this planet.
